1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EG Payslip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

EG Payslip is operated by Staffona HR Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"), in partnership with Staffona HR Solutions, registered in Alexandria, Egypt.

2. Description of Service

EG Payslip provides:

  • A free public Egyptian salary calculator (no account required)
  • A payroll management dashboard for registered organizations
  • Employee management and payroll calculation tools
  • Payslip generation features

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: EG Payslip is provided for estimation and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and keep our calculations updated with Egyptian law, we make no warranty that calculations are error-free or legally definitive.

All payroll calculations should be verified with a qualified Egyptian accountant or HR professional before use for legal or financial purposes. EG Payslip is not a substitute for professional advice.

We are not liable for any financial, legal, or tax consequences arising from reliance on our calculations.

4. User Accounts

To access the company dashboard, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all employee and payroll data you enter into EG Payslip. We do not claim any rights over your data.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Upload false or misleading employee data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or mass-extract data

7. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan allows up to 10 active employees. To increase this limit, you must contact us for an upgraded plan. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The EG Payslip platform, including its design, code, calculation engine, and content, is the intellectual property of Staffona HR Solutions LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, EG Payslip and Staffona HR Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts in Alexandria.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
