Employee payroll data: Salary figures, allowances, insurance details, and tax information that you enter for payroll calculations. This data is owned entirely by you and your organization.
Calculator usage: The public salary calculator on our homepage processes all calculations locally in your browser. We do not store or transmit any salary data entered into the free calculator.
Usage analytics: We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. This includes anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. No personally identifiable information is captured through Clarity.

We retain your account and payroll data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, and payroll records within 90 days, unless we are required by Egyptian law to retain them longer.
Under Egyptian tax law, payroll records may need to be retained for up to 5 years.
